		<description>I have often watched two carp at least 2 feet in length in an eddy pool just below the reclaimed water dump next to the golf course in Balboa Park.  Today i also saw 10&#039;s of thousands of small fry throughout the river.  It&#039;s such a fabulous, lush riparian environment when the concrete bottom is gone.  If only all the shopping carts, styrofoam and plastic bags were gone as well...</description>
